If you are looking two consecutive integers whose product is a number n, then look to either side of the square root of that number. If you can't figure out square roots and aren't using a calculator, think of perfect squares. 10 x 10 is 100, 11 x 11 is 121, etc. When you pass your number (182) you're right in between the factors you are looking for.
