Question: How do I find the length of the third side of a triangle if a=30m, b=30m and I need to find c?

Clayton,

If you have a right triangle then you are looking for the hypotenuse can use Pythagoras theorem as in this answer we gave a while ago.

If you don't know any angle measurements then there are many different triangles with two sides that each measure 30m.
