Question: hello!
Can somebody solve for n in the following equation please?
[(400/n)-5](n+ 4)=400
Thanks for your help and time geomar
Hi,
I would first multiply both sides by n to eliminate the fraction.
[(400/n)-5](n+ 4) = 400 n [(400/n)-5](n+ 4) = n 400 [400 - 5n](n + 4) = 400n
Now expand the left side
400n + 1600 - 5n2 - 20n = 400n
Can you finish it now?
