I have a 60' by 100' patio. I am wanting to raise it 1 foot. The truck carrying the cement can only hold 10 cubic yards. How many truck loads would I need?

Hi Jim.

You need to calculate the number of cubic yards of cement, so first convert all three dimensions to yards, then multiply them together. Divide by 10 c.y. per truckload and you'll find out your answer.

Hope this helps,

PS: a 60' by 100' concrete patio?! Wow, I'd call that a commercial parking lot! :)
