You want the volume in cubic yards, that is yards yards yards so you need to convert the measurements to yards. There are three feet in a yard so

45 ft is  45/3  yards
10 ft is 10/3  yards and
4 ft is 4/3  yards

and thus the volume of concrete is

45/3  10/3  4/3  = 66.7 cubic yards
