On my homework sheet it says "Rewrite as an addition problem and Simplify"
and the gives this problem "16 - 120 ="
how do i do that problem?

I think what your teacher wants is for you to replace the problem
Subtract one-hundred twenty from sixteen
with the problem
Add sixteen and minus one-hundred twenty
That is replace
16 - 120
with
16 + (-120)
