Hi i will be assisting in a presentation for grades 4-6 on assessment and portfolios relating to math. If anyone has some ideas will love to hear them. I have checked out a few sites on the net

Regarding assessment in math, you might want to look at http://www.exemplars.com for some sample problems, rubric and benchmarks. I don't really know other sites, though many school boards, including the one I work for, Regina Catholic Schools, have developed their own rubrics and benchmarks.
