In a standard deck of 52 card how many would you have to draw (without looking at them) to be absolutely certain that you had 5 spades?

Think of the question this way, "How could you select cards from the deck without getting 5 spades?" To do this you could select all 13 clubs, all 13 diamonds, all 13 hearts and 4 spades. How many is that? If you take one more than that you must have at least 5 spades.
