My name is Sami , I am a student in England at GCSE standard (year 10), I was asked to find out what the names for different polygons were. The only two I cannot find are the names for a polygon with 30 sides and a polygon with 40 sides. I would really appreciate it if you could help me. Thank you very much.

I tried an Internet search and found this note in the Math Forum archives. It has an answer to your question.

There is however a typo on this page. The column labeled 20-30 should be labeled 21-30.
