Hello can u please answer my question what is the exponent form of 8x8x8x8

Bye!!!!!!!!!!

Hi,

Exponential notation can be seen as just a way to write expression like 8x8x8x8 in a more compact form. If you have the same number multiplied by itself a number of times then using the exponential notation you write the number, in your case 8, and then an "exponent" to indicate how many times you multiply 8 by itself. You want to multiply 8 by itself 4 times and hence

8x8x8x8 = 84

There is another complication in your problem however. This arises since 8 = 2x2x2 and thus

8x8x8x8 = (2x2x2)x(2x2x2)x(2x2x2)x(2x2x2) Hence you could also write 8x8x8x8 = 212
