My name is Neena, I am a parent.

My question is:
How to solve this question and what is the answer.

"What two two-digit numbers are each equal to their right-most digit squared?"

Thanks
Neena

Hi Needa,

Since you are looking for the squares of a single digit I would write them all down and see which fit the requirements. that is

12 = 1 (No - only one digit)
22 = 4 (No - only one digit)
32 = 9 (No - only one digit)
42 = 16 (No - 16 is not 62)
52 = 25 (Yes - 25 is 52)
Continue through all one digit numbers.

Cheers
Penny
