I'll do a couple for you to get you started.

First 0.65

0.65 = 0.6 + 0.05 = 6/105/10060/1005/100 = 65/100

Thus 0.65 = 65/100

Notice that 5 divides 65 and 5 divides 100 so

0.65 = 65/100 = 13/20

13 and 20 have no common factors except 1 so in lowest terms

0.65 = 13/20

Next 0.125

As before 0.125 = 125/1000. Again 5 divides the numerator and denominator, so

0.125 = 125/1000 = 25/200. We can see that the numerator and denominator are both divisible by 25 so we get

0.125 = 25/200 = 1/8
