What do you call the number represented by the numeral '1' followed by one million zeros?

-David

Hi David,

I don't know a name for the number you describe, but it makes me think of a googol and a googolplex. These are names given by children to very large numbers. A google is 1 followed by 100 zeros, that is 10100. A googolplex is 1 followed by a googol of zeros. There is some information on these two numbers at http://www-users.cs.york.ac.uk/~susan/cyc/g/googol.htm

Cheers,
Penny
