I know bedmas but i forget how to do it.

B stands for brackets, so do whatever is inside the brackets first. That is 350=150, and hence the problem becomes

150 + 20/5

E stands for exponentiation, that is powers like 3². Your problem has no powers.

D stands for division, so next do 20/5=4 and the problem becomes

150 + 4

M is multiplication, you have none, and A is addition. Hence the final step is

150 + 4 = 154
