Hi... I really need help with this middle level math question. My little brother is asking me and I have no clue what the answer is. Explain what it means when two numbers are negatively prime. (?) Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Perhaps I too am missing something in this question, but I believe the expression is "relatively prime" not negatively prime. Check this out first, ok?

If the correct term is relatively prime then the definition is:

Two integers are relatively prime if the only integer that divides them both is 1. Thus 5 and 9 are relatively prime but 6 and 9 are not since 3 divides both 6 and 9.
