I am in 9th grade, and I am doing a project in school involving integers. I would like to know what your answer would be for this question: What are the real life usages of integers?

Your question came as somewhat of a surprise. It is hard to imagine doing much of anything without coming across integers. You wake up in the morning and tell the time by reading integers on the clock. You might use the integers on the phone to call someone and arrange to meet them after school. She gives you her address, containing an integer, and a time, again containing an integer. You check your homework on page (some integer) in your text. You have 2 pieces of toast for breakfast and your mother reminds you to drink 8 ounces of milk. You check the time (containing integers again) and realize it is time to go.

How many integers is that? and you haven't even left for school yet!
