I am a student asking the question

Prove that when we multiply any consecutive positive intergers, the result is always divisible by 6.
ex. (7)(8)(9) = 504 = 6 (84)

Hi,

You mean - Prove that when we multiply any THREE consecutive positive intergers, the result is always divisible by 6.

Why not consider an easier problem first - if you see this one you can do the one you asked. Try - Prove that when we multiply any TWO consecutive positive intergers, the result is always divisible by 2.
