I think you mean 8 inches thick rather than 8 feet thick.

I would first change all the dimensions to yards.

1. There are 3 feet in a yard so 150' is ¹⁵⁰/₃ = 50 yards.
2. There are 12 inches in a foot so 4" is ⁴/₁₂ = 0.333 feet.Thus 8'4" is 8.333 feet which is ^8.333/₃ = 2.778 yards.
3. 8" = ⁸/₁₂ =0.667 feet which is ^0.667/₃ =0.222 yards.

Thus your wall is 50 yards by 2.778 yards by 0.222 yards. Hence the volume is

50 2.778 0.222 = 30.8 cubic yards.
