Hi,
It depends somewhat on the amount of salt there is in the solution. One ounce of water weighs approximately 28.350 grams, and one gram of water has a volume of approximately 1 cc. Hence for water with these approximations (which arer very close)
425 cc = 425 gm = 425
1/28.350 = 14.99 oz.
425 cc's of saline solution will weigh very close 15 ounces which is 0.94 pounds.
