Hi
My son Max, age 6 (first grade) has a question:
What comes after undecillion?
Thanks!
Steph
Hi Steph,
I responded to this question in 2003 and to a related question in 1997 using information from the Webster's Third New International Dictionary, G. & C. Merriam Co., Springfield, Mass. 1967. I was unaware that in 1974 the government of the UK switched to the American system. The system described below as the British system is no longer in use in the UK. A further explanation and related links can be found in More on Millions and Billions.

I assume that you looked at Billions and more!, the list we have from an earlier question. I went back to the Webster's Third New International Dictionary, G. & C. Merriam Co., Springfield, Mass. 1967, and here is the rest of the table that they have. I only completed the American system.
