My Name: Emily Who Am I?: Student Level: 9-12 Hi I am having trouble with one of my conversion problems for homework. I do understand that the two units measure two different things, but I still seem to have a problem. Can you help me? I am trying to convert 19.5g into mL assuming that it's water; density=1g/mL. I don't know where to begin. Thanks |

Hi Elily, I think that you are looking too hard. If you have something that weighs 19.5g, and you know its density is 1gm/ml them 1 gm has a volume of 1 ml so 19.5 g has a volume of 19.5 ml. Penny |
