i have a single line question and am not sure of the method
it would be appreciated if u could send me a method and a solution
Q : 1 + 9 / 2 + 5 * 1000
would this be solved by BEDMAS? if not, why?

Hi Fariha,
If there are no other instructions I would use BEDMAS.
1 + 9 / 2 + 5 * 1000
= 1 + 4.5 + 5000
=5004.5
