What is the volume in cubic feet which is occupied by 1080 Canadian gallons of water?

One imperial gallon is 277.42 cubic inches so 1080 imperial gallon is 277.42 
1080 = 299613.6 cubic inches. There are 12 inches in a foot and hence 123 = 1728 cubic inches in a cubic foot. Hence
1080 imperial gallons = 299613.6/1728 = 173.39 cubic feet.
