There are 2.54 cm in an inch so 1 meter is 100 cm or  100/2.54 inches. Thus

1 meter is 100/(2.54 12) = 3.281 feet.

Thus

1 cubic meter = 3.281 3 = 35.320 cubic feet

Hence your quote is $2.95 for 1 cubic meter is $2.95 for 35.320 cubic feet. There are 4 4 8 = 128 cubic feet in a cord so the quote of $2.95 per cubic meter is

$2.95  128/35.320= $10.69 per cord.
