Question: Hi.
I have these two equations,
336 = 60a + 10b
and
432 = 84a + 6b
Am I right in saying both a and b are 4.8?

I agree, a = b = 4.8

I didn't solve the pair of equations I just substituted a = b = 4.8 into both equations to verify that your solution was correct.
