There are 12 inches in a foot and hence 4340008.68 square inches is

 ^4340008.68/_{(12 12)} = 30138.0 square feet.

Finally there are 43560 square feet in an acre so 2800 sq meters is

  ^30138.0/₄₃₅₆₀ = 0.69 acres

Thus the land area is approximately two-thirds of an acre.
