Question from Braden, a student: i need to find the surface area but i only have the slant height and the height i need the radius how do i find it? |
Hi Braden,
I am assuming that you are talking about a cone.
You know the slant height s and the height h and you want the radius r. My advise is that you ask pythagoras.
