Hi Deanna,

The difference between this problem and the earlier question you sent is that this problem involves fractions. I would multiple both sides of this equation by 9 and the fractions will be eliminated. I chose 9 because it is the least common denominator of the two fractions.

Once the fractions are eliminated you can use the method that Steve illustrated in response to your earlier question.
