Question from Fee, a student:

A ball is thrown upward from the roof of a 25m building. The ball reaches a height of 45m above the ground after 2s and hits the ground 5s after being thrown.
Use the fact that the relation between the height of the projectile and time is quadratic to draw an accurate graph of the relation on graph paper.

Fee,

The ball travels from 25 metres elevation to its maximum height of 45 metres in 2 seconds and hence in the next 2 seconds it will fall to an elevation of 25 metres again. In the next second it falls the remaining 25 metres to the ground.

This should be enough information to draw your graph.
