Hi Jeff,
You have two identical factors (3x-2(x-3)+2). I would first simplify this expression
3x-2(x-3)+2 = 3x - 2x + 6 + 2 = x + 8
Thus your expression is
(3x-2(x-3)+2)(3x-2(x-3)+2) = (x + 8)(x + 8)
Now expand it,
