Question from Natasha, a parent: I have a tub that we are going to use for a turtle tank. it is 3 feet long 1foot 7in wide and 1foot 5 in deep. how many us gallons will this tub hold? |
Hi Natasha,
I used our volume calculator with a length of 3 feet, width of 19 inches and a depth of 17 inches and found the volume to be 6.729 cubic feet. I then went to Google and typed in 6.729 cubic feet in gallons and Google responded 6.72900 (cubic feet) = 50.3364154 US gallons.
