What is the smallest counting number which when divided by any of the numbers 2,3,4,5,6,,7,8,9 and 10, leaves a remainder of 1?

I have two replies for you.

If you subtract 1 to that number, you get the smallest counting number which when divided by any of the numbers 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and 10, leaves a remainder of 0. Any ideas on how to find that one?
