You didn't tell us the instructions but I expect that you are to simplify this expression. I am going to use a different expression.

Simplify (3 x²)³ (2/3 x³)⁴

First notice that

(3 x²)³ = (3 x²)(3 x²)(3 x²) = 3 3 3 x² x² x² = 3³ (x²)³ = 3³ x⁶

Likewise

(2/3 x³)⁴ = (2/3)⁴ (x³)⁴ = 2⁴/3⁴ x¹²

Thus

(3 x²)³ (2/3 x³)⁴ = 3³ x⁶ 2⁴/3⁴ x¹² = 2⁴/3 x¹⁸
