how would I graph a linear inequality of y>3. I am getting frustrated that I do not fully understand Algebra. I have always struggled in math and I have to take it to get my degree.

Hi Susan.

Can you graph y = 3? That's a horizontal line that goes through the y-axis at +3. So you want the whole region of the graph where y > 3 (x doesn't matter). This is the whole area above (and not including) the line.
