With a "skill testing question" I would just follow the instructions in the order given.
Multiply five(5) x four (4) 5
4 = 20
Add twenty two (22) 20 + 22 = 42
Divide by two (2) 42/2 = 21
Subtract six (6) 21 - 6 = 15
