Question from Alyssa, a student: if 9 employees require 15 days to complete a task, how long would it take to do the same work if there were 3 additional employees? |
Hi Alyssa,
The job takes 9 employees 15 days so the amount of work required is 9 × 15 = 135 employee-days. If you have 3 additional employees that gives 12 employees so how many days would it take for 12 employees to complete 135 employee-days of work?
