Question from Cindy:

How much gas and oil do you put in a 1.7 litre jug at a 50:1 ratio?

Hi Cindy.

50 parts are gas and 1 part is oil. So you have 50/51 gas and 1/51 oil.

1.7 litre x (1/51) = 33.3 ml

I'd start with 33.3 ml of oil (roughly) and then add gas until the container is full.

Cheers,
Stephen La Rocque.
