Hi,
(I am going to use a table rather than matrix notations since that is easier for me.)

| 2 | -1 | 1 | 11 |
| 2 | 1 | 14 | -11 |
First I multiplied the first row by -2 and added it to the second and third rows.
| 1 | 1 | 8 | -2 |
| 0 | -3 | -15 | 15 |
| 0 | -1 | -2 | -7 |
Divide the second row by -3 and multiply the third row by -1.
| 1 | 1 | 8 | -2 |
| 0 | 1 | 5 | -5 |
| 0 | 1 | 2 | 7 |
Multiply the second row by -1 and add it to the third row.
| 1 | 1 | 8 | -2 |
| 0 | 1 | 5 | -5 |
| 0 | 0 | -3 | 12 |
