Question from Daniel, a student: I am having trouble factoring equations like 8^2+64^2, I just don't know the correct steps to get the answer. |
Daniel,
What you need to recognize is that 8 × 8 = 82 = 64 . thus
82 + 642 = 82 + (82)2 = 82(1 + 82)
