I have 20 8" concrete tubes to fill with 8'of concrete.
How much concrete will I need to order

Fred,

The volume of a tube is the area of the circle (I presume 8" tubes are 8" in diameter, so the radius is 4") times the length of the tube. You just need to eventually get things into yards.
