what is a composite angle? please help

Hi Gilbert.

The word composite is an adjective meaning "made up of several parts". So a composite angle is one that is made up of several smaller angles.

Consider this diagram:

Angle ABC is a composite angle. It is composed of angles ABD and DBC.
