Joshine, I would draw something like this and then cut out six circles of paper and write the numbers 1 to 6 on them. Now try to place the green circles on the brown circles so that the sum along each side of the triangle is the same. The reason I suggest you try this with paper cut-outs is that you need to find 4 different ways to do it and just doing it with pencil and paper might use a lot of scrap paper. I will give you a hint. One of the arrangements that works has a sum of 9 along each side of the triangle. Good luck, | ||||||||||||
