Question from Julio, a parent: My son has a box that measures 27X18X19 inches. We want to know how many cubic feet are in this box. |
Julio,
You need the dimensions in feet and since there are 12 inches in a foot
27 inches =s 27/12 feet
18 inches is 18/12 feet
19 inches is 19/12 feet
Thus the volume of the box is (27/12) × (18/12) × (19/12) cubic feet.
