Question from RENEE:

I need to know how to do a 3 percent increase for $118,200......x's it by 3% will not work please answer fast

Renee,

3% of $118,200 is $118,200 × 0.03 = $3,546 so a 3% increase of $118,200 gives you $118,200 + $3,546 = $121,746.
