Hi Rita, Let me try a couple of other points. Are (0,1) and (4,60) on the graph of y = x3 - 2√x? First consider (0, 1). When x = 0 the right side of the equation is 03 - 2√0 = 0 and the left side is y = 1. The left side is not equal to the right side so (0, 1) is not on the graph. For (4, 60) the right side is 43 - 2√4 = 64 - 4 = 60 and the right side is y = 60. The left side is equal to the right side so (4, 60) is on the graph. I hope this helps, | ||||||||||||
