lou:

I need to know the interior volume in cubic feet of a shed with the dimensions 8' x 10' x 7' with a roof peak of 9'. Thanks

Hi Lou,

From the information you gave, I believe this is what your shed looks like:

You need to find the volume in two parts then add them together, think of the shed as box and a rectangular prism.

Volumebox=length x width x height

Volumeprism=1/2 x base of triangle x height of triangle x length

Hope this helps,

Janice
