Using the digits 0, 1, 3, 4, and 5 only once give the smallest 5-digit even number

Hi Ma,

Consider the following when finding your number:

What is the smallest number the first digit can be? (Remember if it is a 5 digit number then the first digit cannot be 0).

If the number is even, what is the last digit?

Once you consider the first and last digit, it is pretty easy to arrange the remaining numbers to find your 5-digit even number.
