VINCE, a student:

HOW DO YOU SIMPLIFY THE FOLLOWING:-

2sin3(theta)cos3(theta)?

Regards

Vince,

The double angle expression for the sine function is sin(2A) = 2 sin(A) cos(A) so
2 sin(3 θ) cos(3 θ) = sin(6 θ).

Is this what you are looking for as a simplified form?

Harley
