Question from ash:

you and bob are separated by a tall wall you stand 10 feet further from the wall than bob your angle of elevation is 37 degrees and his 44 degrees how tall is the wall?

Bob,

Draw a diagram and give variable names to the quantities that are important and unknown. Here you don't know the height of the wall so I called it h feet and you don't know how far Bob is from the wall so I called that distance b feet. You also don't know how far you are from the wall but if you knew b the you know you are b + 10 feet from the wall.

Bob, the wall and you

You have two unknowns b and h so you are probably going to need two equations relating them so that you can solve for h. Try a trig function.
