Question from b, a parent: How do I find the percentage of 2 numbers? What percentage is 33333 of 22222? How do I find the answer. |
Hi,
A percentage is a fraction expressed with a denominator of 100. Thus for example 2 as a percentage of 5 is 2/5 = 0.4 expressed with a denominator of 100, that is 2/5 = 0.4 = 40/100 so 2 is 40% of 5.In your example then 33333/22222 = 1.5 = 150/100 so 33333 is 150% of 22222.
